Q. I download pdf files from online. The document has fields to be filled in. I open it with Acrobat 7 and fill in fields. When I save and close it, nothing is saved. What parameter do I need to change to get it to save my data?
I'm using Adobe Acrobat Professional, not reader. I have used this to edit, and save, other pdfs but some do not let me save my data.

A. As you have mentioned, you are using Adobe Acrobat which is professional in editing pdf files, so I'm wondering if the pdf you wanna edit is protected by owner password or other restriction.
Try to find a password remover, like AnyBizSoft PDF Password Remover. It helps you remove the owner password of pdf files which prevents people from editing, copying and printing.
